Vireluxe Detailing ("we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing services in Northwest Arkansas. This policy explains what information we collect from customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to schedule and perform detailing work:
- Your name and phone number
- Your service address or where the vehicle will be
- Vehicle details such as make, model, and condition
- The content of calls and text messages you exchange with us
- Service history and payment records for work we have completed
We collect this information directly from you when you call, text, or book a service. We do not buy contact information from third parties.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, schedule and perform the service, follow up about completed work, and keep records required for our business. We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
Text messages
If you call us and we are unable to answer, you may receive an automated text message from our business number so we can help you without you having to call back. This message is a reply to your call. We do not send text messages to people who have not contacted us first.
Some of our text replies are handled by an automated assistant that gathers details about the service you need and passes them to us. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our Terms and SMS policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or the contents of your messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our business, including a telecommunications provider that delivers our calls and text messages and a software provider that helps us manage customer inquiries. These providers process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us.
How long we keep information
We keep customer contact details and service records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping needs. Message conversations are retained so we can reference what was discussed about your vehicle.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting 479-318-9483. We will honor opt-out requests promptly. Some records may be retained where required for tax or legal reasons.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
