Text messaging program
Vireluxe Detailing sends customer service text messages from 479-318-9483 to people who have contacted our business.
How you opt in
You opt in by calling or texting our business number. If you call and we cannot answer — we are often mid-job with our hands full — you may receive an automated text reply so we can find out what you need and follow up. We only send messages to numbers that have called or texted us first. We do not add numbers from purchased lists, referrals, or any third-party source.
What we send
Messages relate only to your service inquiry: replies to your call, questions about your vehicle and the service you want, scheduling, quotes, and follow-up about completed work. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts through this number.
Sample messages:
- "Hi, this is the automated assistant for Vireluxe Detailing — sorry we missed your call. What can we help you with? Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Got it — a full interior on a midsize SUV usually runs $125-$225 depending on condition. We'll text you to confirm a time. Reply STOP to opt out."
Automated assistant
Some replies from our number are sent by an automated assistant rather than a person. The assistant identifies itself as automated, collects details about your vehicle and the service you need, and passes them to us so we can follow up. It does not confirm appointments or give final pricing — we do that personally. You can ask for a person at any time.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most inquiries involve a handful of messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can also ask us to stop by calling 479-318-9483.

Privacy
We do not sell or share your phone number or message content with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service terms
Quotes given by phone or text are estimates. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition and is confirmed before work begins. Vehicles must be accessible and legally parked at the service location, and we require space to work around the vehicle. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
